Our team members come from richly diverse cultural, educational and professional backgrounds. Many graduated from pre-eminent universities in Asia, Europe and North America, speak multiple languages and have worked in leading global financial centres. Others hail from entirely different professional backgrounds. Our investment effort also gains its strength from our proprietary research network, with an on-the-ground global presence spanning Australia, China, Europe, India and Japan. These diverse individual differences, life experiences, professional skills and unique capabilities and talents form the basis of Janchor’s culture, delivering our competitive edge.

In Janchor, we do not see a hierarchical reporting structure as the best way to organize ourselves. Hence, our team members don’t work “for” but rather “with” one another. Tenure or age does not translate to more rights or power. Rather, we embrace open and transparent debates to find the right answer. We call ourselves Janchor Partners because of the stewardship that we practice.
